Dark Horse Consulting (DHC) Group has acquired of Bruder Consulting & Venture Group (BCVG), a strategic advisory and consulting firm with a global footprint in biotech and biopharma, forming a new department within DHC known as DHC Regenerative Medicine.
NJ-based BCVG is known for its expertise in the discovery, development, clinical design and regulatory approval process of biologics, devices and combination products in the orthopedic, wound care and plastic & reconstructive surgery markets.
DHC — with operations in North America, Europe and APAC — is a fully integrated global consulting practice recognized for its depth of CGT expertise worldwide. The addition of BCVG extends DHC’s range of capabilities to include regenerative medicine, tissue repair and biomaterials. It follows the recent strategic acquisitions of Illinois-based BioTechLogic — a manufacturing and CMC consulting firm — in October 2024 and Massachusetts-based Converge Consulting — known for expertise in supply chain, commercial launch readiness and operational excellence — in September 2025.
