Jacobs joins ARM from LIMRA, the world’s leading financial services trade organization, where she served as head of advisor & consumer strategy. At LIMRA, Jacobs was spearheading a five-year strategic growth plan focused on expanding into new markets, developing innovative products and services, and creating long-term revenue diversification.
Jacobs, who will be based in Washington, D.C., will replace Rita Johnson-Greene who served as ARM’s COO from April 2023 to January 2026. Johnson-Greene went on to become the CFO of Ocugen.
