Mindy Sadik brings more than 15 years of experience in cell therapy, biologics, regenerative medicine, and tissue engineering to her role as Senior Director of Business Development at Kincell Bio. She works closely with clients to develop strategic manufacturing solutions, drawing on deep expertise in process development, analytical development, technology transfer, GMP manufacturing, and CMC strategy.
Prior to joining Kincell Bio, Mindy served as Director of Cell Therapy Sciences at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she led the Process Development and Analytical Development teams within the Cell Therapy CDMO business. She also served as Interim Site Head and General Manager of Thermo Fisher's Cell Therapy CDMO manufacturing facility in San Francisco, overseeing site operations while continuing to support client programs across autologous and allogeneic cell therapies. Her teams were responsible for technology transfer, process optimization, analytical development, and manufacturing readiness for clinical manufacturing. Before Thermo Fisher, Mindy was Associate Director of Process Development Engineering and Operations at Humacyte, where she led the development of tissue-engineered vascular products. Earlier in her career, she held technical leadership roles across both large and emerging biotechnology organizations, leading multidisciplinary teams focused on regenerative medicine, biomaterials, stem cells, and advanced therapy development.
Mindy completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Neurosurgery at the University of Pennsylvania and received her PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University. She also holds an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University.
