Michael is chair of the Central IRB at StrokeNet, which he founded to oversee stroke-related studies at the National Institutes of Health. He’s also a SMART IRB program director for StrokeNet and an IRB member at Univo. An adjunct professor of internal medicine at the University of Cincinnati, Dr. Linke chaired the institution’s IRB for over 20 years. He retired from the Cincinnati VA Medical Center in 2018 as a health science officer.
