The Build•Tek™ Custom Configurator is an AI-powered tool for specifying custom buffers, reagent solutions, microbial culture media, agar plates, and cryopreservation media. Formulation, container format, fill volume, manufacturing grade, and QC testing are configured in a single session, starting from standard formulations or a submitted recipe. Products are manufactured in RUO, RUO+, and GMP grades, and a formulation can be produced at any time of the three grades. Order quantities range from developmental-scale volumes to commercial lots up to 2,000 L. Manufacturing is performed under an ISO 13485 certified quality system. Quotes are issued within two to three business days.
